Registration Coordinator

The University of Valley Forge invites application for a Registration Coordinator. This is a full-time, benefited position. Under the supervision of the Registrar, the Registration Coordinator responds to the day-to-day needs of the Registrar’s office in the areas of student scheduling, transcript processing, transfer credit evaluation, and communications with students, parents, staff, and faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Student scheduling and related activities
  • Processing transcript orders
  • Transferring credit evaluation
  • Processing student forms
  • Assisting in the evaluation of student progress toward graduation, honors calculations, and graduation checks
  • Assisting with general office responsibilities including filing and general support services to students, faculty, and administrators
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters involving the University and its agents or employees
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Registrar

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks to meet established deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with University departments and cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters regarding the Registrar’s office
  • Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and related applications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
