DISABILITY SUPPORT

UVF Cardone Hall

It is the policy of the University of Valley Forge to provide reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with documented disabilities. The University will adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines with respect to providing reasonable accommodations and regard to affording equal educational opportunities.

It is the student’s responsibility to contact Dr. Kathy Caruso, Coordinator of Disability Services (kacaruso@valleyforge.edu) and the Office of Disability Services (disabilityservices@valleyforge.edu), and provide documentation of a disability as soon as possible, preferably before the semester begins. The Office of Disability Services will assist students and faculty in arranging appropriate accommodations. This is in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Please note that accommodations are not retroactive and that no services or accommodations can be provided without documentation.

Our campus is ADA-compliant with wheelchair access ramps and elevators available in most campus buildings.
